Can I ask the Client/Grafter questions about the work?
Yes, use the Messenger service. Messaging is simple and is available at any time after a Grafter has been contacted for the first time until the project is closed
What happens if I'm late or can’t make the work?
Contact the Client as soon as you can to keep them in the loop - hopefully you can rearrange the work
What happens if I can’t get hold of the Client?
The Client should be contactable via the App but if they have the phone switched off leave a message via the Messaging Service and they should get back to you when they can
